ATLAS is our cloud-based drone management platform. It facilitates live monitoring on all drone activity within your operational area and allows a user to instantly differentiate between known and unknown drones, delivering real-time awareness of potential risks or threats from unauthorised drones and operators.
Our SCOUT or DART sensors listen for the unique radio frequency patterns that UAS (unmanned aerial systems) and UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles) emit, including drones and their operators. SCOUT correlates these signals against Department 13’s comprehensive library of drone fingerprints. Once a unique UAV fingerprint is detected, SCOUT sends alerts and starts logging the activity and information in ATLAS.They seamlessly integrate to monitor and detect drone threats in your airspace within a five- kilometre radius, giving you the ability and advantage to respond before any damage can be done.
The ATLAS airspace monitoring tool requires integration with either SCOUT or DART sensors. Details of which are as below.
SCOUT is a passive radio frequency (RF) based CUAS that detects and tracks drones and controllers. SCOUT listens for the unique radio signal drones and controllers broadcast, translating into real-time intelligence displayed in Department 13’s user interface – ATLAS. As a software driven capability, SCOUT remains up to date with emerging threats through the continuous additions of capability into its threat library. With a range of deployment and connectivity configurations based on user needs, SCOUT provides the core capability to any drone protection solution.
Mobile platform mounted radio frequency (RF) based system that detects, tracks and mitigates drones and controllers. Through protocol manipulation techniques, DART safely and discreetly removes drone threats.
