GAMA AVIATION (UK) LIMITED – TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE CHARTER OF AIRCRAFT – May 2026 Edition

The following Standard Terms and Conditions for the Charter of Aircraft apply to the engagement of either of Gama Aviation (UK) Limited or Gama Aviation San Marino S.r.l or TJS Malta or Tyrolean Jet & Service or Gama Aviation FZC (each a “Gama company”) to arrange the charter of aircraft, superseding all representations made by or on behalf of any Gama company and to the exclusion of all other terms or conditions, including warranties; the only exceptions being any variations specifically agreed between the parties and either expressly incorporated into the Agreement (as defined below) or agreed subsequently and recorded in writing as agreed by both the applicable Gama company and the named Charterer..
