/ Position: B1 Licensed Engineer
/ Location: Fairoaks Airport (with occasional UK and overseas visits as required)
/ Salary: Dependent on Qualifications, Type Ratings and Experience. This will be discussed in full at the interview.

Gama Aviation is a reputable global business aviation services organisation that currently employs over 500 people at 25 operating bases across four continents and operates over 80 business aircraft. The group’s companies and affiliates hold EU-OPS, FAA and UAE GCAA Charter Certificates, EASA, FAA and GCAA Part 145 Maintenance Approvals, EASA Part 21 Design and Manufacture Approvals and collectively offer business aircraft management, charter, maintenance and design, cleaning, FBO executive handling, and aviation software services.

/ The Person:
To be considered for this position you will hold, as a minimum, an EASA Part 66 B1 license without limitations for pressurised , composite and metal airframes. Ideally candidates will already hold the Group 3 type rating with recent experience, however applicants with other similar type ratings will be considered as training and type courses may be provided.

Experience on some of the following Group 3 aircraft would be desirable:

  • Beechcraft
  • Piper
  • Cirrus
  • Cessna

Hours:  Full time-time role of 40 hours per week.
