The platform, which went live on 1st May, supports Gama Aviation’s continued commitment to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. By providing real-time visibility of personnel training, competence, and authorisation status, ELMS offers a robust foundation for more efficient workforce planning, streamlined audits, and succession development across the MRO network.
