New management & leadership positions add further business development depth as the company continues to implement its growth strategy.

Farnborough, 6th April 2018 – Gama Aviation Plc, the global business aviation services company, is pleased to announce the appointment of the following new team members to support its regional growth.

Europe

Tim Wood, joins as Business Development Manager following a successful career within the RAF and the Royal Aeronautical Society. Tim will be focused on growing the European Air division with a specific focus on aircraft management and defence contracts.

Tim Pedley, joins as Regional Manager, Jersey. With a growing number of high net worth residents on the island, Tim will focus on maintaining our strong client relationships as well as growing our FBO, charter and management business.

James Burton, joins as Senior Charter Sales Executive. Following a career in a large charter brokerage, James is responsible for adding further growth in the ad-hoc and contract charter market focusing on previously untapped charter segments.

Asia

Doris Ho, joins as Regional Sales Manager, Asia. After a career at Hong Kong Jet, Sino Jet and most recently the Peninsula Hotel, Doris will focus on the continued growth of the Asia fleet which has already seen the addition of a Gulfstream G550 and two Bombardier Global 6000’s this year.

United States

Dennis Richey, is promoted to President, US Ground, following his success in building our US coast-to-coast network of 15 line maintenance stations and over 30 country-wide mobile crews. Dennis, will be joined by MRO veteran, Walter Berchtold, as Chief Operating Officer. After a successful career at various global MRO businesses, most recently Bombardier, Walter will support Dennis in the execution of our US Ground strategy, including our investment of $10 million into further base maintenance capability.
