The Agusta Westland (Leonardo) AW169 helicopter, 2 crew plus 11 paasenger twin-engine rotorcraft, ideal for the air ambulance and emergency multi role airspace. The AW169 has a large mission capability in the 4.5 tonne twin-engine class. Designed with the EMS and life saving missions in mind the rotorcraft is ideal in emergency medical servicesetting, with a particulkar focus on patient needs. Ensuring air medical professionals have the correct support, on hand when it really cvounts.
With the advanced technologies featured on the aircraft the AW169 has the flexibility for both inter-hospital transport and EMS and SAR missions. With the largest cabin in its class and wide sliding doors for easy access and loading, the AW169 focuses on the needs of the patient.

Building on the history and success of the AW139, the AW169 understands and performs in the Oil, Gas and Energy zones.The module cabin design can quickly be re-configurated to accommodate up to 8 passengers or to use the hoisting operation for wind farm operations.
