Some spaces are designed purely for function. Others are designed to change how people feel the moment they walk into them.

Gama Aviation has today released the first official interior images from the lounges within its newly opened Business Aviation Centre (BAC) in Sharjah, offering a closer look inside one of the newest and most ambitious business aviation facilities in the UAE.

Designed from the ground up specifically for business aviation, the Sharjah BAC represents a significant investment by Gama Aviation and forms a central part of the company’s long-term vision for FBO services in the Middle East. While the facility’s operational capability has already attracted attention across the industry, these newly released images focus on a different aspect of the experience — the passenger environment itself.

For many travellers, the FBO lounge is where the pace of the journey changes. It is the moment clients step away from the intensity of commercial terminals and into an environment designed around privacy, comfort and calm efficiency. At Sharjah, the ambition was not simply to create another premium lounge space, but to develop an atmosphere that feels welcoming, discreet and intentionally understated.

The newly released images reveal interiors shaped by natural light, expansive apron views and carefully balanced contemporary design. Soft textures, refined finishes, and open, spacious layouts have been combined to create an environment more closely aligned with luxury hospitality than with a traditional airport setting.

  • Every detail within the lounges has been carefully considered.
  • Not to impress loudly, but to feel effortless.

From quiet seating areas and private spaces to the seamless visual connection between the lounges and the aircraft outside, the facility has been designed to support a more elevated, personal experience for passengers, crews and operators moving through the UAE.

The lounges themselves form part of a much wider business aviation infrastructure project. Located at Sharjah International Airport, the BAC also includes a newly developed 12,000 sqm air-conditioned hangar, dedicated crew facilities, integrated ground handling and fuelling services, and a self-manoeuvring apron designed to improve operational efficiency for aircraft movements.

Together, these elements create a facility that balances premium passenger experience with the practical operational requirements of modern business aviation.

The photography released this week was captured by a professional media agency commissioned by Gama Aviation to document the facility as the BAC continues to welcome growing interest from operators, aircraft owners, charter providers and flight support teams across the global business aviation community.

Additional photography and behind-the-scenes content from across the Sharjah BAC will be released over the coming weeks, showcasing further elements of the facility and its operational infrastructure.

The Sharjah BAC is now fully operational and welcoming aircraft movements, passengers and visiting operators from across the region and beyond.
