We are proud to officially release the first operational footage of our new Sharjah Business Aviation Centre (BAC), providing an exclusive first look inside one of the UAE’s most significant purpose-built business aviation developments.

This new 60-second video showcases the facility fully operational for the first time, moving beyond architectural renders and construction updates to reveal the scale, infrastructure and customer experience now available at the Sharjah BAC.

The opening of the new Sharjah BAC marks a significant milestone in our long-standing presence within the Emirate. Having operated successfully at Sharjah International Airport for more than 10 years, this new facility represents the next chapter in our continued investment and commitment to business aviation within the UAE and wider Gulf Region.

Designed specifically for business aviation from the ground up, the Sharjah BAC has been developed to deliver a more seamless operational and customer experience for operators, crews, passengers and aviation partners alike.

The facility combines operational efficiency with premium hospitality and purpose-built infrastructure, including:

• Less than 90 seconds taxi time from apron to runway
• A dedicated self-manoeuvring apron designed to support smoother aircraft movements
• Full on-site ground handling and fuelling services
• Direct passenger access to aircraft from the lounge or by private vehicle
• A two-storey VVIP facility overlooking the apron and aircraft parking
• Dedicated crew lounges and sleep rooms
• One of the UAE’s largest air-conditioned business aviation hangars

The video also showcases the people behind the operation, including our Sharjah BAC team in their new uniforms and the continued rollout of our Red Thread Academy customer experience programme across the facility.

Developed under the leadership of Evie Freeman, Group Director of Client Experience, the Red Thread Academy has been designed to embed a customer-first culture across the Group, ensuring every interaction is delivered consistently, attentively, professionally, and with a highly personalised approach to customer experience.
