/ Position: Technical Services/Part M Administrator
/ Location: Fairoaks Airport
/ Salary: £20,000 – £25,000, Dependent on experience

/ The Role:
Reporting directly to and supporting the Continuing Airworthiness Manager (CAM), the role is an integral contributor to the Technical Services and Airworthiness team. This role ensures provision of continued support to the Part 145, the owner/operator, and will become an integral part of the Part M team. Training & development opportunities are offered to progress into a Technical Services/Part M Co-ordinator role.

/ Essential Requirements:
• Good working knowledge of 145 regulations
• Comprehension and assessment OEM and regulatory data and its application to an aircraft maintenance programs and records review. (AD,SB,etc)
• Self-motivating individual able to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines in an efficient manner,
• Good working knowledge of company processes, procedures and expositions/manuals relevant to the completion of work packs and technical data.
• Developed analytical and investigative skills, maintaining accuracy and output
• Effective written verbal communicator, pro-active team member
• MS office intermediate level practitioner

/ Key Responsibilities:
• Contacting customers and obtaining current aircraft hours/cycles within predetermined timescales for accurate status update of aircraft records.
• Back to birth review of aircraft records for managed & non-managed aircraft.
• Ensuring accurate and effective communication is maintained between CAM, Owner/Operator, and 145 organisation, for scheduling and delivery of maintenance requirements
• Timely creation of aircraft work packs maintenance planning liaison with 145 Organisation and customers as required to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Closure of work packs ensuring accuracy of content and completion of Log Book Certificates within predetermined timescales, scanning and filing.
• Support for regulatory audits and investigations
• Processing incoming and outgoing post
• Technical Data assessment
• Management of Archives
• Strong Team player
• Any other duties commensurate with the position

/ Location: Fairoaks Airport
/ Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 – Dependent on experience
/ Hours: Full-time 40 hour week, Monday to Friday (between the hours of 8.00am and 5.00pm)
