Being an EASA Part 21J/MAA DAOS approved organisation we undertake a broad range of avionic and structural design and certification services , and in addition a variety of projects for third parties.

 

Enhancing aircraft utility.

 
 
  • Examples of equipment installed as minor changes include:
  • Mode S transponders (elementary surveillance)
  • In-flight entertainment systems
  • Satellite communication systems
  • GPS navigation systems

  • Role changes for aircraft including cargo, air ambulance, executive and military configurations
  • Avionics upgrades
  • Avionics enhancements including TAS for military assets
  • External pods and stores for intelligence gathering

Engineering design capabilities.

Designs are either minor changes under our own approval, or major changes that result in an EASA supplemental type certificate (STC). We can also undertake design modification on non-EASA certificated aircraft in association with our partner FAA DERs.

New STC applications are being submitted on a regular basis, please contact the design office for further information. Our capability also includes the approval of existing avionics equipment and installations on aircraft transferring to one of the EASA national registrations.
