Our Geneva meeting facilities. Meeting space offering privacy and saving you time.

Our Conference room, located within the General Aviation Terminal C3 at Geneva Airport, can accommodate up to 10 people in comfort, offering you the ability to hold meetings without the need to leave the airport environment.

A prestigious location and a flexible solution for your board or business meeting, training, interview or team-building event.

Rental rate:  CHF 500 + VAT per day, for up to 5 participants.

This price includes mineral water / soft drinks / hot beverages, for up to 5 participants.

Any additional person thereof:  CHF 50 + VAT.

Our meeting room is air-conditioned and fully equipped with video conferencing facilities.

To optimise your productive time on the ground we additionally can offer the following services:

  • Pick-up service from the City, the airport terminal or your private aircraft.
  • Concierge support for onward travel arrangements (private and commercial).
  • Catering based on your requirements.
